Clearheart provides AI-assisted conversational experiences only. Because experiences and interactions may vary from person to person, we do not guarantee:

emotional outcomes
personal satisfaction
compatibility
uninterrupted availability

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

duplicate charges
verified billing errors
technical failures preventing reasonable access to the Service
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

4. AI-Generated Conversations
Refunds generally will not be provided for:

partial subscription usage
dissatisfaction with AI-generated conversations
failure to cancel before renewal
inactivity or non-use of the Service
temporary outages or maintenance periods

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but current subscription periods remain active until the end of the paid term.

6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Clearheart support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
